Words From The Attic... Sunday In The Park

Like looking at a bristled painted canvas.

Laziness truly does live there!

Sunday In The Park

It's the time of the year
That I love so much
The sun is shinning
The trees are full
And you my love
You give a smile
To all you touch

The runner's run
The worker's work
And lookout little girls
The lurker's lurk

Look over there
The people from church
And over there
The proud little mommy
Protects her perch

Sunday afternoon
Where laziness lives
Lounge about
With the radio on
And catching a tan
That the hot sun gives

Sunday In The Park
